Greg & Lynanna reached out to us immediately after the referral and sought to get to know us and understand our needs. They were both extremely approachable, friendly, and understanding. Lynanna got us set up with RealScout and quickly started developing a list of our needs and desires. She was diligent in pulling properties for us to consider. She consistently searched for houses for us and we had numerous exchanges with her both day and night regarding potential houses to view. Lynanna went above and beyond in setting up showings. I have never worked with an agent who was so organized. She developed a showing timeline so that we could efficiently view several houses in a day. She also provided us with a welcome packet and MLS printouts for each of the houses we were going to view. Lynanna also did research on the houses before we viewed them and made detailed notes on the MLS sheets including specific details for each house and the range of comps for each house. If Lynanna did not have information regarding a house she would quickly contact the listing agent to seek the information. Lynanna was also very flexible with the showings and set them up on weekdays, weekends, and at last minute when requested. We participated in several showings. During the showings, Lynanna was very involved with us and walked every room of the house with us. She sought to understand our likes and dislikes for every house we visited. Furthermore, Lynanna and Greg were extremely knowledgeable regarding north Texas real estate and gave us much needed advice and guidance. They educated us during each walk through and helped us identify issues with different houses that we needed to be concerned with. Moreover, during the showings, Greg and Lynanna were not all about business. They took the time and effort to engage in conversations and to get to know us on a personal level. This effort to get to know us personally not only made us feel more comfortable during the home buying process but allowed us to trust both Greg and Lynanna further. After finding the right house and having our offer accepted, Greg and Lynanna walked us through the entire escrow process. We communicated on almost a daily basis. Greg went above and beyond in visiting the property several times including during the home inspection and during the installation of a new roof. Greg and Lynanna also came to the closing with the title company, something we have never experienced before.
